About Susan...

Susabell is a dream come true for owner Susan Christensen. Over the years Susan has worked as an aerospace engineer, personal trainer and nutritional counselor, but her true love has always been creating beautiful things and spaces from what we already have.

Eight years ago Susan began working in the interior design field designing and creating beautiful window treatments. Her business soon expanded into a full service design firm, but her concern for the health of her family, as well as the health of the earth, kept tugging at her. How could she make interior design more green? How could she use her talent for making something wonderful from discarded items? As she searched she started re-styling old, used furniture. Her relatives brought everything they did not want to throw out, but no longer used to her house. As she played with these old furniture pieces and brought them back to life she still puzzled over how to bring her passions together. And then she realized that bringing these old furniture pieced back to life was her passion…..and Susabell was born.
